1. Booking:

To confirm a booking, we will need a Visa or MasterCard details.

2. Payment:

 - No deposit is taken. Payment is required on check-in.


 
3. Check In And Check Out:

Check in time is after 2pm and check out is by 10am on the morning of your departure.

4. Policies:

We require a minimum two night stay during  public holidays & over the weekends, during the Ski season.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. Large bookings payment will be taken 5 days before arrival, non- refundable.

5.Cancellation Policy:

 - If you are a no show, or give less than  48 hours cancellation notice, we will charge the whole booking.

6. Guest Responsibility

You "the guest" are responsible for  any loss, theft or damage that occurs during your visit & will be charged full replacement costs.

Extra cleaning - if we deem the room to be in an unreasonable condition immediately after your departure, there will be an extra charge.

7.Pet policy, pets by arrangement in Motel Units only, cleaning fee may apply.

8. If you book a room and bring more people that the allocated number of people for the room there will be a $200 fine, if you bring extra children in the lodge under the age of 10 you will be billed for your stay and asked to leave. eg a standard room 2 pax and you bring 3 pax
