To confirm a booking, we will need a Visa or MasterCard details.
- Payment is taken on arrival, or late check in payment will be taken, 2% charge on all credit cards
3. Check In And Check Out:
Check in time is after 2pm and check out is by 10am on the morning of your departure.
We require a minimum two night stay during public holidays & over the weekends, during the Ski season.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. Large bookings payment will be taken 5 days before arrival, non- refundable.
- If you are a no show, or give less than 48 hours cancellation notice, we will charge the whole booking. No refunds will be given due to the bad weather or cancelled advents. If you book a length of stay and can't do this because of the weather we will charge you the full amount of your stay.
6. Guest Responsibility
You "the guest" are responsible for any loss, theft or damage that occurs during your visit & will be charged full replacement costs.
Extra cleaning - if we deem the room to be in an unreasonable condition immediately after your departure, there will be an extra charge.
7.We are not pet friendly..
8. If you book a room and bring more people that the allocated number of people for the room there will be a $200 fine, if you bring extra children in the lodge under the age of 14 you will be billed for your stay and asked to leave. eg a standard room 2 pax and you bring 3 pax
9. We have the right to refer any bad debts to a collection agency and charge you any associated costs
