1. Booking:

To confirm a booking, we will need a Visa or MasterCard details.

2. Payment:

Summer - No deposit is taken, please refer to terms 1 & 5. Payment is required on check-in.

Winter - We take a 1 night non-refundable deposit 7 days before arrival & the balance of payment is due on check-in.
 
3. Check In And Check Out:

Check in time is after 2pm and check out is by 10am on the morning of your departure.

4. Policies:

We require a minimum two night stay during  public holidays & over the weekends, during the Ski season.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings.

5.Cancellation Policy:

Summer - If you are a no show, or give less than  48 hours cancellation notice, we will charge one nights accommodation.

Winter - The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel & we are unable to resell your room.

6. Guest Responsibility

You "the guest" are responsible for  any loss, theft or damage that occurs during your visit & will be charged full replacement costs.

Extra cleaning - if we deem the room to be in an unreasonable condition immediately after your departure, there will be an extra charge.
